Frances Gilliland, Associate Director at the Pollution Prevention Resources Center, is an experienced program manager and team builder. She is passionate about bringing together individuals and organizations around common goals to work together toward resource conservation, environmental preservation, and equity. She has over 30 years of experience in program development, pollution prevention and green business. She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and reading.
